 I wrote it in candlelight

felt it by fireside.


Flames that dance

and eyes which ask.


It took up my mind.


Just as oceans that seep

and words which keep

silent.


I felt most of life is simply just time.

And I prayed that one day

you would repay mine.


In ten fold

and tight hold.


Those eyes dance in my mind

and burn to ashes

even liquid forms of

rivers and splashes.
